a couple of cuties
This is the pup we remember from Mexico, so calm and well behaved sitting on Lacey’s feet just waiting for our next move. That pup is long gone. He’s been replaced by a dog 10 lbs heavier and knee deep in our fish pond looking at us with the wild eyes. Life is funny. * i also love the timelessness of the photo of the little girl- you can’t tell if it was taken last week or ten years ago.
churro love
Best Churros ever!
oscar and me
We were shooting Tori and Austin’s day-after portraits. Oscar was a fantastic assistant, keeping guard for me us at the bottom. It’s unfortunate that I make this face when taking pictures, especially because I know I’m prematurely aging my face with all of that squinting! *sigh*
the vista from a rooftop villa in Sayulita, Mexico
Lou makes fun of me for saying “vista”. I guess it’s just one more Grandma thing that I do. How charming is this little beach town from above?!
i wish we were here
And by “here” i mean the outdoor couch on the rooftop of the Hotel Hafa, where they have complimentary bottles of booze (specifically tequila) just waiting for us.
