Hi my friends, happy Monday! Hope your weekend was restful and fun! When we were on the road I was eating a bit less healthfully than I like to, so over the weekend I started a three day reset to get my habits back on track. It always helps me to make a bunch of juice and commit to a few days of super clean eating to get my tastebuds and habits right. For me this means I include greens with every meal, avoid all processed foods, dairy and gluten. I essentially just eat as many veggies (and fruit in 1/2 cup servings to avoid blood sugar spikes) as I can manage, along with healthy proteins and small amounts of grains if I feel like I need them. And in between I drink my favorite juices and tons of water! Today I’m sharing my three favorite juice recipes, my go-to’s for weekend resets or everyday deliciousness. Hope you love! xx- Sarah
Detox Green Juice:
1 bunch of curly kale
1 large cucumber
1/2 bunch parsley
1 lemon
1 lime
1 head of broccoli
2 green apples
Just Beet it:
3 large beets
2″ piece of turmeric
8 clementines
Fennel Apple Delight:
4 green apples
1 medium fennel
1 bunch of celery
I really have to give clean eating a whirl minus the beets!!! =) Thanks for the motivation! =)

what do you like for the proteins?
Thank you for using the words “everyday deliciousness” to talk about juices! I love the idea of appreciating deliciousness of nutrients. These vibrant photos are SO enticing! Thanks for sharing!
They look yummly healthy. Exotic plants like ginger is also good to try. Greetings http://www.ochalina.com
The juices (and the photos) look amazing! What kind of juicer do you own?
