The summer after I graduated high school I worked at a marina in South Portland, Maine as a dockhand. I’ve always said that nothing beats a good summer in Maine and I still think of it as one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. I spent the majority of my days in the dock-house overlooking the marina and ocean waiting for a boat to come in or clients to stop by with questions or to buy supplies. I also ate a fudgsicle every.single.day. They remind me of a time when I thought I knew everything but actually knew nothing. They taste like carefree summer days, in the best way. So here is my {healthier)version- made with only 4 natural ingredients and even more delicious (in my opinion) than the original! Hope you love! xx- Sarah

- 1 ripe avocado

Oh dear lord, you’re trying to kills us! those are SO good
I’m not trying to kill you I promise, just trying to put the biggest smiles on your faces that I can manage.
Oh wow, I haven’t had a fudgsicle in years! These look amazing, though I’m allergic to avocado which is a shame…
Steph you could add in a little more coconut milk and leave out the avo- just adjust the maple syrup amount to fit. They might be slightly less creamy but I don’t think you’ll mind!
I’m going to be all over these this summer, thanks Sarah x
Oh yes, these look delicious. I love putting avo in my smoothies because it makes them so creamy.
Yum! These look so good, but I must say I grew up loving pudding pops. The chocolate, vanilla, and especially swirled!

These sound perfect! Just to clarify–for the extra 1/2c coconut milk, are we still intending the full fat canned stuff here?
