Hi friends! We’re a little over a week away from one of my favorite days of the year- Thanksgiving! I think about this meal for weeks in advance, and menu planning is a huge part of the fun for me. The anticipation! (!!!!) Do you usually make the standards you grew up eating or mix it up with recipes you haven’t tried? I usually go for a little of both- the comfort of the traditional dishes prepared the way I’ve always known and at least one or two new dishes to change it up. Ahhhh, I can’t wait! Another soup that would be perfect for Thanksgiving: roasted sunchoke with caramelized shallot. Yum!
