I’ve got a thing for wearing all one color.  And by thing I mean deep burning love.  I don’t know if it’s the simplicity of it, or the ease in getting dressed, or if the appeal is really just that it almost never fails! All About Neutrals

We’re almost to the weekend!  It feels like a really big deal this week, doesn’t it?!  We’re in the middle of rental house hunting- with the clock ticking down the minutes until we have to move, so we’re feeling the pressure.  I wish we could just fast forward to mid-November, this is stresssful!  But, all of that aside, can we talk about this bag?  It’s my new go-to daytime bag and I’m loving the quality, versatility and that color!  It’s making everything better, at least for moments at a time.  And that’s also a really big deal right now.  Cheers to that!  xx- Sarah

Oh Hey Meow, Fall!

FALL IS HAPPENING!  Sometimes it feels like there will never be any other season here in Palm Springs except HEAT WAVE, so this is a big deal for me.  We had our windows open all weekend (!!!!!!).  I actually felt cold at a few different points, this is a really big deal!  So, the best way I celebrate- BOOTS!  Yes, paired with dress because I don’t need a coat just yet still, but this is still major!  And I love them, want to marry them, am considering a move to Chicago just so I can wear them more.  All totally normal.  xx- Sarah

Freelance Style

One of my favorite things about my work life is that every day is different- I’ve quickly learned to expect the unexpected!  Being a freelance creative was always my dream- I was never good at sitting in one place for too long and felt like a fish out of water with 9-5 hours.  So of course my closet reflects all of this!  I may wear casual clothes for a day in the office/errand running one day, style an appropriately creative/professional look for meetings the next, and then get dolled up for an evening event after that.  I love it- variety is the spice of my life!  Today I’m partnering with Nine West to share 3 looks to inspire your creative-work life!  I hope you love!  xx- Sarah  {click through for more of each look and shopping details!}

Ted Baker #PinpoinTED

Final Days of Summer

Ok, I’m not letting go of Summer just yet, the bike riding weather is just too good!  But I figure- just add boots for a little nod to Fall, right?  These boots and a number of different pairs of denim shorts have been in heavy rotation lately.  Like, maybe an embarrassing amount of heavy rotation.  Lou recently told me I should do a major closet clean-out because “all you wear is jean shorts anyway”.  HMPH!!!!  I WILL NOT!  But really, Fall should take over quickly because he’s 85% right.  (insert worried emoji face here).  xx- Sarah
