our wedding part II

right after the ceremony we took photos until the sun went down. it was pure fun, lots of laughing and kissing and joking around with max, margaux and brian.  we were like giddy school kids.  i couldn’t have asked for anything more. and then we were off to an incredible dinner at lucques!

i know i’m biased because i love both max and of course my husband and our wedding day, but i think these photos are just SO beautiful!  lou and i don’t have that many photos of us together (cobbler with no shoes situation) and we don’t actually display any photos of us in our home, so I’m over the moon with these and can’t wait to frame a bunch for our bedroom!

up next: the video.  and trust me, it’s worth the wait!  i have watched it dozens of times (i will refrain from giving an actual number lest you think i’m a completely obsessed narcissist). it makes me cry each and every time.  so much love.

and if you’re still looking for more romance on this fine tuesday, 100 layer cake posted our engagement story here! it’s a good one.  and lou may or may not have teared up reading it before i emailed it off. we are a couple of sentimental saps!    *photos by max wanger

Lovely, I have had a tendency to overuse this word ever since my nomination of the One Lovely Blog Award, however, this is truly LOVEly.
    Enjoy!

What an absolutely gorgeous couple you two are! Thank you for sharing your intimate moment with all of us out here. Perfect setting (love the canyon setting), luques is just the best, and that dress?? The photos capture all the emotions. And what I love about the video are how they melded other moments flawlessly into the wedding. :)

This is very lovely, congratulations. I like that you made it your own. I'm seeing too many weddings that look the same, with the same vintage-y pictures. This is really tasteful and simple.
