All You Need To Know Before You Rent A Car In Morocco

I’m not one who loves traveling so much. Whenever I want to unwind, I prefer to remain in solitude and meditate. However, last spring was different. My wife, Anna, convinced me that we should take a trip to Morocco and it would be fun. I had no choice but to give in, especially considering the fact that this wasn’t her first time asking and I had always turned her down.

But before we decided to embark on our trip, I did a little research about our destination and found that it was a beautiful country with really cool places to visit especially for vacation. However, there was still one little problem; transportation. I knew we would need to rent a car Morocco but I wasn’t sure how yet.

We eventually finalized on our trip and set to take off immediately. As our flight touched down in Morocco, I felt a little bit nervous but as we stepped out the plane and saw how welcoming the country was, I began to ease up and everything started to fall into place.

While I was thinking of getting us a taxi to take us to the hotel we booked online, I didn’t know that Anna had already taken matters into her own hands. She had secretly booked a Casablanca rent a car through OneClickDrive and chose the airport as our pick up.

While I was frantically trying to get us a taxi, Anna just told me to ease up that a car was on its way. I didn’t understand what she was saying until a Black Range Rover Sport pulled up in front of us. My surprise quickly turned into admiration as she explained with a grin on her face that that was the car she rented.

I stood back as she approached the vehicle, inspected it and after saying a few words to the supplier, she beckoned at me to come over. As we drove to our destination, I curiously asked her how she pulled this off so smoothly and she explained the car rental process.

The Car Rental Process

The Car Rental Process

I paid keen attention as she explained because I knew I could use such service in future. I had always depended on my own vehicle and that wasn’t entirely good.

First of all, she explained that before you could rent a car in Morocco, you had to be at least 21 years old and provide some necessary documents to the supplier. Some of these documents include; valid driver’s license, international passport, and your credit card for payment.

Once you are sure you have all that, visit a reliable marketplace like OneClikcDrive. Anna said she preferred a marketplace to a rental company because it seemed more professional and had a larger variety of vehicles to select from. Looking through the OneClickDrive portal as she spoke, I could see what she meant.

The marketplace was beaming with so many options to rent a car. They had economy, luxury, and commercial vehicles. It seemed as if every traveler would definitely find something for themselves here.

Another reason she chose OneClickDrive was the ease of use of their website. It was so aesthetic and user friendly that I almost felt I had visited it before due to how easy it was to navigate. They had search filters to find any car of your choice and it was quite responsive.

She then explained that I should be careful renting a car because OneClickDrive is a marketplace where several suppliers feature their best cars. Therefore, I should always compare prices between suppliers and also read through the specs to pick the best one. It was quite a straightforward process from there as all you needed to do was click on your desired vehicle and contact the supplier for more details.

Exploring Morocco

As we drove across the city of Morocco, I saw why Anna chose the SUV. It was perfect for navigating the varying terrain and bustling streets with ease. It also gave us a commanding view of the road as we drove through traffic and narrow alleys with confidence.

Moreover, we had no issue with our luggage as the vehicle had enough space for us and our three medium size bags. We decided to do a little bit of exploring before retiring to our destination. The car was as good as new and we did not encounter any major or minor issues on the road.

I just knew that I had found a new transportation solution because I would continue to rent a car from OneClickDrive more often than not henceforth.
