FAUX LEATHER PANTS, I DIG YOU

Once upon a time I thougth pleather  faux leather pants were a TERRIBLE idea.  If I were a person who scoffed, I would have scoffed at the mere mention of them.  But the times, they change.  And I picked up my second pair recently, my favorite yet (and for under $100)!  I'm sure you know how this story ends... with a half a dozen photos of me wearing them on the internet.  Oh Life, you sure are funny sometimes!  {more after the jump}

pleather jeans i can't quit you!

i decided to give pleather (or "vegan leather") pants a go, putting aside my bad feeling about pleather leggings and pairing them with a cozy oversized sweater and my favorite moccasin boots.  it's the kind of outfit you wear to kick dirt or otherwise pretend to be a little bit more badass than you are. i think this pair is going to be a closet staple worn with long tunics, oversized sweaters and this blouse.
