PEACH AND PISTACHIO {COCONUT MILK} ICE CREAM

it hit 120 degrees here on saturday.  for those of you operating in celsius that equates to roughly THE TEMPERATURE OF THE SUN.  the one and only thing that will make a girl feel better about living on the sun: peach and pistachio coconut milk ice cream.  yes, it's a taste of heaven. and so easy to make, no heat involved, cleanup is a breeze, etc.   and i promise you it tastes like ice cream, not some half-assed ice cream wannabe.  actual creamy, sweet, rich, ice cream.  except no cow udders were involved in the production.  brilliant, right!? if it's hot where you are, make this.  if it's warm where you are, make this.  if you like eating things that taste like heaven, make this.  until tomorrow, xx- sarah  {more after the jump}
