With more than 12 years of experience, she began in Michelin-starred kitchens before shifting to food styling, private dining, and culinary content. Gianna is known for her seasonal approach, rustic Mediterranean influence, and beautifully presented recipes. When she’s not cooking, she forages herbs, dances salsa, and collects vintage cookbooks.
