PRESSED JUICERY, A GIVEAWAY!

My friends, I'm soooo excited to announce that today I'll be giving away two cleanses from the amazing Pressed Juicery!  Lou and I recently completed a 4 day and 6 day cleanse, respectively.  I'd planned on doing 7 days and Lou had planned on doing 3, but he didn't want it to end (!!!!) so I gave him one of my days.  I've done quite a few juice cleanses but it was brand new to Lou, and it was so fun to do it together! Click through to read about our experiences and find out how to win a cleanse for yourself!

As I mentioned above, I'm not new to juice cleanses.  I'm a huge fan of cleansing to reset my eating habits, boost my immune system, and give my body a huge dose of nutrition while also giving my digestive system a rest.   But while I've done my fair share of juice cleanses, I'm totally new to having a cleanse delivered. What a HUGE difference it makes!  Designing my own cleanses, buying produce, juicing, cleaning up after juicing- it makes cleansing a lot more complicated. And there have definitely been times where I haven't consumed as many juices in a day as I should have out of sheer exhaustion/laziness.  Having juices delivered made such a world of difference in my cleanse experience!  While Lou and I both struggled through the normal amount of hunger on the first day (hello hungry-angry!), with the amount of juices we were drinking it was completely tolerable.  And by day three I was having thoughts like "I could never eat again!"  This was crazy-cleanse Sarah talking, of course,  and by the time Day six was over I was really, really ready to eat again.  But that lightness that comes with a juice cleanse, its something special!

The brilliance of Pressed Juicery, to me, is in the variety of flavors and combinations.  I find that having nothing but juice for days on end can be a real battle of wills, but having the option to mix in amazing flavors/combination like watermelon mint, strawberry apple lime, and cucumber-pineapple-lemon-coconut I never got bored and was always excited for the next juice to come!  And that's without even mentioning their almond milk, which is the best I've ever had.  Thick, creamy and rich its the perfect dessert to end a long day of juices.  We also included the chlorophyll water and aloe h20 in our daily juice routine, which we both really loved, if only for the idea that they were doing our insides good!

If you've never done a juice cleanse before this is the way to do it- having the juices delivered (or pre-made if you live near a Pressed Juicery and can pick-up) takes the guesswork out and makes a challenging endeavor that much more manageable (GOODBYE JUICER CLEANUP!).  I don't know if I can go back to slaving over my juicer for my homemade cleanses, this was just too good.  Now, see below to find out how to win a cleanse for yourself!

I'm very new to cleansing {I love to eat} - but I think I would choose Cleanse 2. I'm a big citrus lover, so the Citrus 4 juice sounds awesome, especially with the addtion of cococut!

Wow this is awesome- I've never done a cleanse but would love to try. I think I'd try Cleanse 2.

Would love to try Cleanse One since I would be a first time juice cleanser, but have been wanting to try one out! And the almond milk sounds so good.

Since I've never done a juice cleanse, I'd probably stick with Cleanse 1. The chocolate almond sounds delicious!! But the citrus seems like a a close second. :)

Cleanse 1 for me! The Citrus and Vanilla Almond juices look so delicious and healthy.

Oh, they have Bay Area delivery!!!! Pick me!! I would definitely do cleanse 2, and the citrus 2 juice sounds amazing- cucumber, lemon, pineapple, coconut h2o, aloe vera. Yum, yum! I am pretty new to aloe vera juice, but I love it!
