HELP! PUPS IN NEED OF HOME!

happy saturday friends!  these two sweet pups, bella and georgie, are looking for a home! a friend of mine has been caring for them after a dog trainer she knows took them from the woman who raised them.  she decided she didn’t want dogs anymore (I KNOW!).  please, please help spread the word and find these two sweet pups a home – together.  they’re best friends, completely trained, well behaved and loving.  they’re as sweet as they come.  my heart breaks for them.  please help if you can!  more photos and details after the jump.

please email me at sarah@sarahyates.com if you or anyone you know can bring these loves into their family for the forever home they so deserve.  we’ll be happy to help arrange transport if not local to southern california. they will travel to wherever is necessary to find a family that will love them the way they deserve to be loved. thank you!  *UPDATE* we’ve found them a home!  thanks for the help everyone.  life has such a beautiful way of working out and i’m so happy with the way things are settling with this situation.  big hugs to you all!  xx – sarah

    Aloha Sarah,

I hope all is well with you. I have a few questions about the pups…do you know their age? Have they been spayed or neutered? Had shots? Microchipped? How are they with other dogs, cats, kids? Do they have any health or behavioral issues that it would be important to know about? How long will they be able to stay where they are….i am just wondering if they may need an emergency foster family until a forever home could be found? They are adorable, i am getting ready to move to a bigger space in the next month or two which i hope will accomodate more critters, thats the goal anyway!

If they are in need of immediate placement or else, i can take them for sure. I am in a small 2 bedroom house with a fenced backyard with a lawn and trees etc., someone is always at home, so they would not be left alone for long periods of time.

I have Kat, my liitle spayed papillon, and 3 cats. Kat loves to meet and greet other dogs, especially little ones she can really romp with. She has been an only canine child so I am not sure if jealousy would kick in…she is still young in papillon years, they mature at about 5 years old, so she is probably still flexible! LOL Let me know what their needs are, and i will try to help. Like i said, i could take them tomorrow if they are at risk!

    Aloha,
    Michele

They are so sweet and people are really interested in small breeds these days…you may have lots of offers to adopt them!

i really hope they find a loving home together.

this makes me so sad. when i first got my dog 5 years ago after never owning a dog ever in my entire life, the first month was tough…so tough I didn't know if I could do it…but my boss (at the time) told me that a dog is commitment – a commitment that I chose to take. i really hope i'm not sounding hard – because that's certainly not my intention…but i really hope that there's more to the story than the current owner simply deciding s/he didn't want dogs anymore :(

hi michelle! i will have my friend who knows all the answers to your questions chime in when she has a minute! thank you so much for your offer to foster, we may take you up on that! and your furry family sounds amazing, so i know they'd be so fortunate to be with you!

@kay- unfortunately, that is the whole story. it's sad how often it happens. all the rest of us can do is love our pups/cats and try to find others to help with the ones we can't adopt ourselves!
